Route details

This route has a loop with a long ‘tail’ which you must include when planning, as it lengthens your return from Kliczkow to Boleslawiec to nearly 100 km. On top of that, note that there is about 500 m elevation gain altogether. That is why, it is worth dividing the route into two parts, staying over in f.ex. Kliczkow. This route is very diverse and comfortable. In the south it is hilly. Mostly, however, you ride on asphalt with a stretch in a field between new and old Jarozowice. Then, on the section Rasiborowice Dolne – Kruskin, there is a comfortable, separate bicycle path. In the north, the route leads you predominately on stabilized gravels and solid fire lanes. This part of the route is rather monotonous with Boleslawiec and Kliczkow as its strong points. Thanks to its railway station, Boleslawiec is also the most convenient starting point.

Kliczkow Castle

A beautiful historic facility that is a hotel and restaurant. You can move on it freely or participate in a guided tour. Nearby we have the Kwisa river and a reservoir which is worth visiting to see a geological path and countless forests attracting mushroom pickers from all over Poland.
