The route is very impressive and moderately difficult. It is a kind of a cycling swing with a lot of variability and tourist and landscape attractions along the way. You start in Gluszyca and go counter-clockwise.

Section 1. Gluszyca – Rzeczka (south side).

Outside the town, in the forest, there is a longer ride on a tolerable road paved with stones. It is possible, and even worth it, to plan a tour of the underground complex in Osowka (but you need to either take fasteners with you or start the loop there). Before the Gorna River you follow an asphalt road.

Section 2. Rzeczka Gorna – Walim – Rzeczka Gorna

That is a loop around the river. There are many descents and ascents interspersed. At the beginning, you pass some scenic meadows, then there is a section of the descent across the river and a forest uphill section to the mountain hostel in front of the Mala Sowa Mountain. From that moment on the track is sensational: a sharp descent, then forgotten paths and regaining height (very steep) to the Gorna Rzeczka River. Between Rzeczka and Walim you can turn to the Rise ‘Rzeczka’ complex.

Section 4 Rzeczka – Gluszyca

This is a unique and epic section led on paths and roads along a liquidated railway line. On the way, there are bunkers and facilities of Osowka and later Sobonia. You can spend there as much time as you want on field exploration if you like it. When you get bored of it, before Gluszyca, you come across a cascade of five flow ponds with spectacular overflows, which become icefalls in winter.
