Located between Powstańców Śląskich Street and Sudecka Street, it is one of the most popular parks in Wrocław. The park was established in the 19^th century and covers an area of approx. 25 ha. It is adapted to various forms of recreation – there are quaint glades, playgrounds with a special obstacle course for children, a place to play boules, and a badminton court here. The park is also an attractive place for plant enthusiasts – the pond is surrounded by, among others, plane trees, American tulip trees, and cypress trees. It is best to admire the park panorama from the terrace by the pond or from the gazebo on the hill.

A very large park created on the site of former necropolises. Currently, it is a place paying tribute to the past, but also an excellent space for practicing sports, as it includes, among others, a golf course for children. You can truly relax here, walking and admiring the beauty of old trees (the linden alley deserves particular attention). The park covers nearly 48 ha and consists of two main parts: northern (in Hallera Avenue) and southern (on the Ślęza River).

This is the official name of an artificial hill in Grabiszyński Park. However, residents more often call it Skarbowców Hill (the common name is due to the fact that on one side, the hill borders Skarbowców Street). With a height of 136 m above sea level, the hill used to be a viewing point. Today, it is mainly enjoyed by cyclists in the summer, and tobogganers of all ages in the winter.

Monument to Common Memory. As the park was set on the site of several cemeteries (communal, monastic, municipal and military), the history of this place was commemorated with a Monument to Common Memory. It is a 60-metre-high wall consisting of tombstones from cemeteries of various denominations and nationalities.

Polish Soldiers’ Cemetery. The cemetery was established on an artificial hill made of rubble. Once you have climbed the wide stairs to its top, you will see up close the 23-metre-high Monument to the Soldiers of the Polish Army. Its shape resembles hussar wings depicting scenes from, among others, the September campaign. All tombstones in the cemetery have the same rectangular shape and are separated from each other by stylised Grunwald swords.

Just across the river, there is another attraction, namely Mammoth Park. The 8-metre-high mammoth, an extraordinary play structure for children, was built in 2014 in open areas between the Oporów housing estate and the Ślęza River. It was built on the initiative of the residents of Oporów, with funds from the Wrocław Citizens’ Budget. The theme itself is not accidental – in 1994, a real mammoth tusk was found in Oporów.
